The AI Champion Program is SALT's initiative to turn individual curiosity into collective capability. We identify, equip, and empower practitioners who are ready to lead AI adoption from the inside out.
Why we built this program
AI adoption does not happen top-down. It happens when real practitioners find real value in real workflows. But most people do not have the time, tools, or permission to experiment.
The AI Champion Program changes that. We give selected team members the space, resources, and support to test AI in their daily work — then share what they learn so the whole organization benefits.
We are moving from ‘cool experiments’ to ‘proven workflows.’
